A senior department head at Lloyds TSB wanted to take his people from being ‘a great team to a super team’. With no early retirement packages available and a team that had performed to all expectations in recent years, he wanted to raise their game to an unprecedented level.
The nine-month bespoke programme delivered a set of workshops running approximately six weeks apart. Each workshop had a clear focus, beginning with visioning and goal setting, working through challenges around motivation, communication, creativity and innovation, resilience and future growth.
Between workshops, all participants had monthly one-to-one coaching to focus on individual challenges within the programme agenda, and personal goals to enhance their confidence and be enriching both in and outside of work.
Participants said it was the best development of their careers and demonstrated real changes, in attitude, skill and behaviours and in relationships at home and at work.
