Yoga for Learning
Finding your personal power, playing to your strengths, being your best.
A life-long yoga practitioner of yoga, Claire incorporates its benefits into all of her projects. Yoga is about a philosophy of well-being. It encourages us to manage our thoughts, reconnect to ourselves and give our best to every situation.
In our increasingly fast-paced world, these tenets are key to mental resilience, intellectual focus, energy, health and a clear mind.
Leadership, innovation and effective selling rely on personal impact, authenticity and clarity. However, training courses typically deliver a very ‘head-led’ approach. In contrast, it’s how we say it, how deeply we believe it and how far we trust our judgement that is crucial. This is where Claire’s focus lies.
Working alongside traditional training practitioners, Claire adapts yoga techniques to uncover core insights, allowing participants to access their power and creativity. The theory is understood, engaged with, and inhabited from the inside out. Participants bring their own strengths to the surface and find it so inspirational that they naturally retain the positive changes.
Claire works with private clients, corporates and within education. Her work is being met with unprecedented interest and programmes are being developed for 2011.
Claire will be co-teaching the Yoga in Action syllabus at TriYoga, taking yoga ‘Off the Mat’ in Spring 2011.
